My name is Rebecca Nation, I and a chef and triathlete. I live in Gahanna Ohio with my husband, Bruce and our dog, Ziggy.

I am a classically trained chef. I have worked in food service for over 15 years. I recently left my career to focus on endurance sports, the outdoors, and creating healthy recipes.

My writing style is short and to the point, just like me. My recipe posts will be a description and the recipe so you can make the food really quick and get back to your busy life!

Bruce and I are both Ironman triathletes. Most of our time is spent training so we usually end up eating chipotle 5 days a week. I started this blog to challenge myself to eat cleaner over the next year, and hopefully beyond.
