My name is Rebecca Nation, I and a chef and athlete. I split my time between Columbus, Ohio and Crested Butte, Colorado, and wherever else I care to be with my husband, Bruce.
I am a classically trained chef. I have worked in food service for over 15 years. I left my career in 2015 to focus on endurance sports, the outdoors, travel and creating healthy recipes.
My writing style is short and to the point, just like me. My recipe posts will be a description and the recipe so you can make the food really quick and get back to your busy life!
Bruce and I are both former Ironman triathletes. We now spend our time biking on mountains, roads, or gravel, running, hiking, skiing, and traveling the world. In the last 2 years, we have ridden our bikes through South America, Northwestern Europe, and Vietnam. As well as all over the United States.
The purpose of this blog is for me to log recipes for later use and share with anyone who is looking for healthy recipes.
